Good personal, clean room. I did not like too many russian tourists. The worse thing the walls between the rooms are so thin, that i could hear how people were talking by the phone or watching tv in the other rooms and snoring at night, it was very bad for rest

The hotel is easy to find with lots and lots of parking on the top of the hill. Reception was friendly and helpful. The room was small and basic and reminded me very much of student accommodation, but it all worked well including the wifi and I slept well. Fair to good value.

The hotel itself was lovely, clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, the customer service at reception was poor. The room we booked was advertised as having 2 single beds. When I asked about it after we had checked in, I was told that it's not possible to have 2 single beds in the room we booked. I showed what I had booked via booking.com, but was offered not compromise or compensation. I was told that I could pay for the upgrade to a room with 2 single beds, but I refused since I wasn't the one at fault. There was zero flexibility from the receptionist. Eventually, I contacted booking.com. They also tried to reason with the receptionist but still no willingness to compromise or find a fair solution. In the end, booking.com agreed to reimburse me for the upgrade even though the hotel falsely advertised the sleeping arrangements. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for such a lovely hotel.
