The lady who met us was very nice and serve. She suggested even better room logistic as we booked: we accidentally booked two rooms in separate floors and she managed us to have rooms near in the same floor. Rooms were clean, warm and met our expectations. We didn't order breakfast, so cannot give any comments about that.
Hotel Marttel is located in Karlovy Vary, within 30 miles of The Singing Fountain and a 13-minute walk of Church of St. Mary Magdalene.

Good location to explore the town. It’s short walk downhill to town but on the way back is quite a walk up hill 😂 We had a nice stay at the hotel. Plenty of parking space!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Beautifully redecorated and new, bedding was so comfortable, and Anna was the best in being so helpful. She anticipated my needs and even helped me carry my bags to my room. This hotel is phenomenal and you won’t be disappointed. Loved the green beans at breakfast !

The receptionists were polite and attentive and always ready to help. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The pool and sauna were always available with plenty of towels and towels. We had snacks and dinner. The food was exceptionally delicious. Thank you to the entire team for the kindness and time we had.

Room was quite spacious, and clean with good natural light. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Also the cocktails at the bar were good. The location is a bit outside of Karlovy Vary, but I preferred that as it was really quiet and peaceful nearby. Also there is a bus connection to the city center, so even without a car, the place is quite accessible.

The single room was very warm, the bathroom fitments worked perfectly, you didn’t have to wait 2-3 minutes for hot water, as happens in other countries. The room has an electric kettle and a few tea bags and sugar (for no extra charge) - a wonderful bonus from the hotel management. Breakfast includes hot dishes and a vegetable component even in winter.
The history of the Interhotel Central dates back over 100 years. It is located in the very heart of the Karlovy Vary spa zone, next to the Municipal Theater on Divadelní náměstí.
