Hello, I stayed at your hotel for two nights between the 18th and 20th of April. I had a very comfortable stay, and I truly enjoyed my time in Prague, thanks in large part to your hospitality. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to the lady working in the kitchen, who was preparing breakfast and assisting guests. She took great care of me and did her best to help, even though she didn’t speak English. I communicated with her using Google Translate in Czech, so perhaps you could mention this to her—it might help her remember me. As a side note, I handed my room key (Room No. 11) to her when I checked out early in the morning on the 20th of April, as there was no one at the reception desk at that time.
