The reasons I'm rating Giovanni Giacomo as excellent, are the value for money, the location and the staff. For the price you get a beautiful large room (mine was 13) with a great view on the huge villa's around the hotel. The bathroom is well-equipped, the bed is good, there is a desk with chair and power, a couch, table and two seats, a side table with coffee, tea and water boiler, a TV with internet browser. Ceilings are high and windows large, a rich feeling. The staff reserves your parking spot with a sign bearing your name, check in and out can be done as self-service and the staff is very helpful with the check out and invoice process. Breakfast is good. From the hotel you can make great walks through the best parts of town.
Set in a historical building from the 18th century, 100 metres from the centre of the spa town of Teplice, Hotel Paradies provides en-suite rooms with satellite TV and a safe.

Breakfast was very good - fruits, vegetables, cereals, very tasty pancakes with assortment of jams, good selection of cheese and ham, good coffee and variety of teas, juice and 3 types of cooked eggs with crispy beacon or sausages - I can't imagine what I would like to have else for a breakfast.
Rooms in the apartment we rented are clean and very cozy - I didn't expect any luxury and it's not there, however rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture, have soft lighting, they are decorated with thematic and nice pictures, textile and nice vases.
Beds are good - mattresses are rather a bit firm, but I like that.
We stayed in the winter time and the hotel is comfortably heated, rooms have regulation you could adjust accordingly to your preferences.
The hotel is located very close to Thermalium resort at a street without heavy traffic, close to castle's square and a park with ponds and swans.
The apartment has small kitchen corner equipped with kettle, fridge, ceramic stove and all required utensils.
Stairs and passages are narrower than usual in modern buildings and there is no elevator because it's historical buildings, but for us it was good - I do like to walk steps every day and we didn't have bulky baggage this time. I believe regular cabin baggage will not make a problem neither.

The Payer hotel is located in a charming quarter of the spa town of Teplice. It was built in late Classicist style and is the place where the famous Arctic explorer Julius Payer was born in 1841.

Teplice (pronounced Teplitsa) is a spa town, with a small area of historic buildings in the centre. It is well served by trolleybuses and buses to all areas. Pivovar Monopol is a large brewpub in the main street, with at least four of its own beers on tap - lovely!

The reception was very friendly and it was easy to get an invoice on my company's name, something even the biggest hotels often have issues/delays with. The atmosphere is that of a cosy family hotel, in a lovely building. A quiet hotel close to the Beethoven park and a walk up the hill. The center is five minutes walking, very attractive location with a safe parking spot right next to the hotel. Breakfast was always fresh and a choice of breakfast types were available.
Hotel monopol offers a great atmosphere with newly renovated areas, but also proves a great sense for the old brewery and tavern (a old vaudville) charm.
The really decent, new spa area delivered good relaxation.
The reception staff was very kind, the rooms clean and the food at the brewery restaurant, the breakfast as well, was very delicious.
Very big and comfy apartment in the center of Teplice. Apartment is around 100 m2 with fully equipped kitchen and everything you may need during your stay. 10/10 I would stay there again!
The interior of the hotel outside of rooms is very nicely decorated, and the outside was clean. The breakfast area had a pleasant music and was nice as well. The location is excellent.
