Hotel is very clean, staff is very, very nice and friendly. Tunnel to the spa made for easy access. The included breakfast was absolutely wonderful!!! We also drove into Bad Windsheim and explored and had dinner there and it is such a beautiful little town although the roads are a little confusing to drive on for Americans lol.

Quiet location, good hotel. The pleasant surprise was when we got upgraded to a larger room. Comfy bed, clean room. Fantastic continental breakfast, with omelette, veges and fresh fruit. Friendly, helpful and English-speaking staff.

The room was very clean and met my needs. The fan was much appreciated since it was so hot and you didn't offer air conditioning. Separate billing for meals charged to the room was appreciated. Staff was exceptional friendly and helopful.

Beds were the same height as American beds, wonderful for people like us with difficulties getting down & up. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, & the duvets were as well. We were VERY pleased with the elevator, as we would have had great difficulty with the stairs.
