I rarely write reviews, but must recognize the nice stay by NH. Nice service, cleanliness, comfy room and nice design. I will just suggest a small thing that makes a big difference. You have 3 or 4 stands with people at the reception and the first on the left is for rental cars, which is not clear as there’s a banner the looks like a regular advertisement and not “exclusive for car rental”. There was a queue and by instinct, when people see a clue, what do they do? Go to the end of the clue. If you have a clear communication like a tag on the desks, would be easier to understand where to go and don’t spend time in line.

Truly everything was fantastic—from the room to the team they have! Everyone was quick to help, super friendly, gave great recommendations on where to go and what to do, they helped us figure out how to get to the airport after we left, always met us with a smile and made us feel very comfortable there. The location is perfectly situated close to the city center, the room was clean, super comfy bed, and huge bathroom. Highly recommend! The staff really helped us, provided us maps, and were so kind!

The A/C was set on central control and 28 C degree, we asked the receptionist to lower the temperature because it was very hot in the room. It worked for an hour or so and then began to heat up the room again. It was steaming in the room and we couldn’t sleep with the windows open because we faced the street and the train did so much noise. We called again and the receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. At the end we couldn’t sleep because of the it and our one day in the city was ruined. It really sucked…
