The hotel doesn't meet the expected 4-stars conditions. The furniture is old. The desk contained an empty part where perhaps a fridge was supposed to stay. No air conditioning. The reception area is poorly equipped. The guests get only a glass of water for free. There are two pianos at the lobby but both do not work. We got a ceiling room that was hot and not connected to the lift. In the best case, this is a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was good and the staff tried their best under the circumstances.
