I was not able to get into the hotel when I arrived. I arrived at 6pm , the front door was locked and no one came to the door. we called and left a message letting them know we were there to check in. No one ever called us back. We tried to get in again about 6L30pm and the door was still locked. We had to go and get a reservation at a different hotel.
