There was no heating or hot water as it had broken down. We went to bed with our clothes on. No staff on site and no one to call after 10pm when we realised as we arrived late. The breakfast staff in the morning were very nice and the breakfast was lovely as was the room and balcony and view. Absolutely comfortable just cold and no hot water. They said they were calling maintenance. It’s a big company that owns a loads of properties called StayFritz. Also nowhere secure to leave bags while you go walking so we have asked the next door hotel which has a reception.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for families with children. Very clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Amazing kids club with professional care - kids loved it. Friendly Gasthof in the fourth generation of family ownership. The Annex building has been beautifully modernized. The Wellness area is tasteful and is generously sized for the hotel. Dinner was also very good and the half-Pension offered an exceptional value.

Awesome place. Hotel in a small village on the middle of beauty full mountains. Houses and hotel like from the tale. Fantastic garden. You can spread you blanket in the night and admire stars in the sky. Hotel has also nice and clean pool and SPA area for free. For your disposal is also fridge with wine, beer and juice for free too.
