The checkin staff was extremely helpful and kind. It felt like they genuinely cared about our stay and experience at their hotel. We even decided to extend our stay because of it.

    Didn't see much of Zempin as was on the Island to visit an...

    Didn't see much of Zempin as was on the Island to visit an area further up the Coast and this was the nicest looking hotel nearby (20 minutes). Only in area for a day. May go back again next year to Usdom and look round for longer.

    It is a proper hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. Everything is clean and well arranged. We were positively surprised by the size of our room (it was divided into bedroom and living room). Location is great. It is like 200 meters from the beach!
