Good stopover here. The staff was excellent - friendly and very helpful. Superb breakfast in a beautifully designed room overlooking the gardens. A/C wasn’t functioning so had no choice but to open the window - unfortunate as the road noise from outside was loud.

The first thing that doesn't make things easier is the lack of staff at the reception. There's also no bell to call someone. You have to stand and wait, and not everything can be done on the tablet for check-in. This also meant that I wasn't able to check (or receive) the invoice for my stay. After returning, it turned out that the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the price was added to my bill. I wrote on the chat (because there was no one at the reception) that I wanted an invoice for the company. However, no one replied to me and I still haven't received it. There were no fresh vegetables at breakfast. There was only one salad and nothing else. Poor. Coffee only from a jug, no coffee machine. In addition, I was given a room with a bathroom for wheelchair users. The toilet in such a room is mounted quite high and using it is very unpleasant for an able-bodied person.

It's a very special place to sleep. I personally liked it. The bed is very nice and I felt comfortable in my tiny little cocoon. It's clean, quiet and just enough if you're not claustrophobic. The staff are extremely friendly, the location is great and there is a nice bar inside. And of course, it's much more sustainable than an average hotel. Would recommend it!
