I didn't felt welcome, I just felt alone. No one really care about you, they just rush and shout. At the check in they didn't know I was about to come. The place is noisy with music from early morning and late evening. Paper cups, no knives, the food is cold. They don't speak English. Most are Russian turists.I came lare and I couldn't have my dinner.
It was cheap and the place has great potential

Spacious nicely decorated rooms and clean. The pools are nice but not well heated. The staff members were very polite and cooperative. The animations team offers a variety of activities. Breakfast could be better. What was very anointing was the flies at the restaurant

Set against the backdrop of desert and mountains, Sharm el Sheikh is a year-round Red Sea diving and beach resort. Although based on an existing village, it is very much a purpose-built holiday town, with lots of international brands of hotel, restaurant and bar lining its sandy shores.
The oldest part surrounds the Old Market, a heady mix of shisha and spices, roughly in the middle of the Naama Bay and Um el Sid suburbs. The other Sharm districts of Shark’s Bay and Nabq Bay are along the coast by Sharm el Sheikh Airport.
The Red Sea offers some of the world’s best dive spots with rich underwater life on the deep reefs of the amazing Ras Mohammed National Park. Other watersports include windsurfing, kayaking or banana boating, and the Cleopark waterpark has flumes, pools and rapids.
Other things to do include shopping at Il Mercato mall and the many souvenir stalls, karting at Ghibli Raceway, or watching a show at the Arabian-styled Alf Leila Wa Leila. Outside town you can go horse or camel riding in the desert, and visit a Bedouin village or St Catherine’s Monastery in the Sinai peninsula hills.
The Sharm el Sheikh accommodation on Booking.com covers everything from 5-star holiday resorts to all-inclusive hotels with pools, and cheap apartments.

good infrastructure but main issue is the quality of the food (buffet) which is very basic & does not vary much ....

Staff are amazing.
Staff are amazing. From Front of house to cleaning and restaurant staff - all smiling, helpful and speak good English and Russian. Resort is large and gardens are beautiful. Buggies will deliver luggage and guests and are onhand at night.
Royal Lounge is definitely worth the extra money. Separate area for breakfast, lunch and drinks. With chef there to cook for you when you say - Nabil was excellent - fresh sea bass at lunchtime. They help you choose a menu for the evening at your chosen restaurant.
Royal Beach - private - not crowded - lovely setting at water's edge.

I would definitely recommend Sharm if you want just a beach holiday and not move from the hotel, there isn’t much outside the resort although there are some local shops and soho sq worth a visit. It really is a holiday where you stay in the hotel which offers you everything you could possible want especially for children.you cannot find fault with the hotels.

Sharm el-Sheikh is a really nice holiday spot, but you need to be a bit careful, especially when it comes to shopping and local services. In the touristic areas, the first offers of the sellers are usually very high, and the prices are determined according to the tourists. Bargaining is a tradition here; if you don't bargain hard, you can pay prices far above their value.
Never settle for the first price offered, especially when interacting with souvenir shops, taxi drivers or tour operators. Be persistent and determined in negotiating, because in many cases prices can be cut by more than half. Initial prices are often exaggerated, and sellers anticipate that tourists will haggle.
In short, it is possible to have a pleasant time in Sharm El Sheikh, but I recommend you to bargain hard to avoid deceptive prices. This way, you can have a more economical and enjoyable holiday experience.

I went for a week which is good if you explore 1 or 2 other cities as a day trip. This city is tourist-centered, so it is very safe. There is CCTV everywhere, and I was told that locals will get banned from the city if they harm tourists. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. As a city it's very touristy so you won't get the best taste of Egyptian culture, as everything does feel very "western". But its great for a beach vacation. The old town market is really overpriced, so I would recommend visiting the "fix price" shop which is near naama bay. Everything there is cheap and you don't have to haggle.

Not far from Old Market or Naama Bay, good location. The beach is very nice with coral gardens right in front of the hotel. In fact its a nice wall with its own marked and dedicated diving spot called Amphoras. All inclusive food is nice. I found good options as a vegan and all food had listed what it contained. Very friendly staff trying to make this place welcoming as much as they can. They have activities everyday and try to engage you as much as possible.
Naama Blue hotel is a hidden gem it’s comfortable & such a lovely kind vibe x the staff are all amazing and professional
They are always smiling & give 5 star service to everyone
The breakfast is so good 5 star
Room cleaners 5 star
Reception guys 5 star
Waiters and kitchen staff all amazing
Pool staff are so kind & helpful
Definitely one of the best Budget hotels in Naama bay
Great position, the house reef and diving school are top notch. Nice spacious rooms, some a little dates but perfectly fine. All inclusive was great value. The food will not be to the liking of some Brits, but we are in small minority at this hotel, so catering is more for Egyption taste which is perfectly understandable.
One of the best hotel you can ever find in sharm elsheikh,,if i can rate more than 5 stars i will give it,,Great atmosphere, pretty clean ,delicious food and friendly staff with very well organised, Especially Mr.Ahmed Mahdy i would like to thinks him sooo much for kindness and caring.
