Nice location- Could easily commute to city from Trams and metro nearby- had a small supermarket and a cute cafe. The host was really nice and responded swiftly to communication.

The staff were lovely and friendly. Convenient location 5 min walk from the tube station. They didn't charge for cancellation of a night so this was very decent of them
