Great service! Very friendly staff who recommended me a great restaurant nearby where I had the most delicious (and cheapest) food in all of spain! Would return! There are roadworks outside of the building that make it a little tricky to access but the staff offered to meet me at my car park and help with my bags to the hotel!

Comfortable, yes but one needs tong onto Cepsa gasoline station to obtain the keys. It is an interesting experience to hear other people at 5 am talking loudly in the next apartment.
