Showers need a revamp

The view was amazing! Highly recommended! The room decoration was very pleasant. There were also sauna facilities available which is a must for a Finnish hotel. Whenever we needed help the hotel staff was ready to help, one staff member even started speaking Turkish upon hearing we came from Turkey! The breakfast was very fulfilling and all kinds of food items were served. We also found it very convenient to have an ice dispenser in the hallway. It saved us! As a last thing we have to mention that the toilet was very nice and spacious.

The staff are friendly. I reserved my next stay at the hotel as soon as I checked in yesterday. Breakfast good and amenities were pleasant except for the toilet paper which was obviously from the previous guest because there was only half of it left and as someone who previously worked in the hotel industry I knew that we replaced unfinished tissue paper guest check out. I felt that a bit odd.

Scratch beneath the small-town surface of Helsinki and you will find a cosmopolitan metropolis buzzing with a lively attitude and plenty of excitement. The relatively short-lived summer offers the best chance to appreciate the outdoors and sit on one of the popular café terraces, or even hit the Hietaniemi Beach, all of which can be enjoyed during the 20 hours of daylight.
Strolling around the streets of Helsinki will reveal an Empire-style of architecture, comparable to St. Petersburg. The greatest example of this is the green-domed Lutheran Cathedral which rises proudly out of the centre of Senate Square.
From here the main shopping street of Aleksanterinkatu, affectionately known as Aleksi, runs towards Mannerheimintie and contains the largest department store in Scandinavia, called Stockmann. The up-market boulevard of Esplanadi runs alongside and is packed with exclusive boutiques.
Lovers of Nordic design will be thrilled by the Design Museum and the Ateneum Art Museum. Nature is in abundance on the beautiful archipelago which lies along the coast. A must-see is the Baltic fortress of Suomenlinna, where you just might forget you’re in a big city.
Whether you head to a sauna or amusement park when you disembark from Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport, with over 65 hotels, apartments and hostels, Booking.com has the perfect place for your Scandinavian stay.

Trips around the town to the Nuuksio national park, restaurants, the fact that there's almost no traffic.
I recommend eating at Kappeli (high-end place but some of the most delicious food I've ever had) and Big Bowl Noodle (absolutely delicious with home-made noodles).
For easy travelling, I recommend getting the day passes from the HSL app. You can also go on the boat to Suomelinna with it, have unlimited transport for the day/s selected on Tram, Bus, Metro, and is very convenient. You can go almost anywhere with the A/B ticket.

It is a beautiful city with a wide range of wonderful sites to visit including Helsinki Cathedral. I would recommend the famous modernist architect Alvar Alto’s Home Museum Home and the Design Museum.
The city has an excellent interrelated public transport (one ticket) system E.g tram to train. It’s easy to get around the city.
The Helsinki public are friendly &very helpful in shops & restaurants/ hotels.

The best sights were the library and waterfront.
The best sights were the library and waterfront. Without our day trip to Tallinn, Estonia, it would have been disappointing. A restaurant regarded as a great place to have typical Finnish food was a very mediocre.

The hotel is easy to access with the bus from airport and major tram lines to city center run just across the street. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, they have nice thick curtains for the nights when the sun forgets to set :) It was my first visit to Finland and the people at the reception desk were very friendly and helped me a lot with advice on transport and finding things around the neighborhood. The breakfast was also great!
We liked the automated check-in since we arrived very early in the morning, as well as the super-easy check-out. The hotel is situated a 10 min walk from the city center and is well-connected with public transport. Also, there is very close a 24/7 supermarket which we found just perfect.
The hotel is located right in the city center. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The dome bar with unique cocktails is worth a visit. The breakfast was rich and included several non-traditional tasty side dishes.
Clean and comfortable hotel. The room is small but has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Convenient location—15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city center. Delicious breakfast.
Good place to stay with a cheap price for Helsinki. Very good location close to the city center. The room is comfortable. Clean and modern showers. Free sauna in the morning is cool.
