Mercure Nadi Hotel is is set within 5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens and is only 3 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the town center.

To be honest, my folks had the nicest time when I brought them here for a surprise visit. The best customer service was provided, and all standards were met. Definitely making another reservation here for our upcoming trip. Thank you again for meeting our expectation.

- The food is solid - The views are incredible (prime plane sporting location) - The room is nice - The people are EXCEPTIONAL, particularly the desk agent Heena who was one of the nicest interactions I’ve had in 60+ countries and made sure I got my credit card back after I left it on the table! I’ll return at some point!

Stayed one night here while in transit. Really terrible experience. The room AC didn't work. And it had mold. Front desk during check out was a mess. They didn't orde enough taxis so lots of angry guests who ordered taxis to take them to the airport.

    If it wasn't for Denarau and the boat trips out to the sandy islands for snorkeling and swimming and other activities, I don't know what you would do as we did not see any good beaches in Nadi at all.

    We stayed in Nadi 2 nights, coming and going after our vacation on the Coral Coast, which was wonderful. We did not spend any time in town. Nadi is close to the airport so is convenient. We stayed in 2 different hotels and not overly impressed with either.

    Busy, traffic wise, especially at around 3pm!!! many different shops. There are taxis and buses. Nearby to hotel is a good supermarket if required and in the same area are several restaurants and cafes. All tried and tested!!! Favourite for breakfast was Anna's Cake and coffee shop; the donuts are excellent as is the egg sandwich. For lunch or dinner our favourite was Rajus Khana Khaza.

    Nadi was great.

    Nadi was great. We enjoyed the Bula Park Pools but I think it was too expensive just for a day so we preferred going to Beach Club at Wailoaloa was free and the weather was awesome. The Apartment that accommodated us on the 1st night was not a pleasant one. The power point wasn't working the Air Con was not working properly they changed the policy on the 1st of Dec without me knowing since I Booked 5 Months earlier last year. They want to charge me more for the 2 days that I booked in so we ended up staying only for a night due to the misunderstanding from their end. Love the fruits on the road side and very cheap .

    Everything was prefect in Nadi. Tourist-wise Nadi had alot of things to offer. There was always something happening which was great. Locals & people staying there are the most friendliest. Am definitely looking forward to coming back

    Access to beautiful beaches and island destinations was great. Wide choice of good accommodation. Good wifi and phone coverage throughout the area. Extremely helpful people wherever we went. But the central city area was very dirty and crowded with very little choice of food cafes or restaurants - a place to stay away from.

    The location is exceptional for onward travel from Nadi airport, located just across the main road from the terminal. Whilst modestly priced, the room we were given was clean, comfortable and in good repair - I've stayed in several '5 star' resorts in Fiji which fell short of these basic principles, hence the glowing review! The staff were also exceptionally helpful and quick to be of service when required, ensuring we got to the airport in good time for our flight.

    After a terrible experience with our first hotel in downtown, Airport Ace Hotel we’re nice enough to book us in at the last minute. The manager & staff were very helpful, always available for service when needed. After a few issues with 2 of the rooms the manager did not hesitate to upgrade us to a proper room with working toilet, lights and proper view of the mountains. she was very helpful. Also enjoyed having aircon on everyday, much needed due to Fiji weather.

    I just needed to stay one night in Nadi before I took off to Yasawas island. Hotel is being served by Awesome Fiji transfers to Port Denerau plus the price was reasonable. Staff there was extremely nice if not the nicest on my travel around Polynesia!! Bed was ok and AC was working. Room was let say clean. Wifi only in common area but my room was close enough so I had in room as well. Possibility to have a dinner/breakfast there - was ok!

    The location is convenient to the airport and towns. The staff was pleasant and caring. Even though the resort is right on the beach, the water itself is not what you would expect from Fiji - not nice and clear. We experiences a local dance group as part of the evening program which was a lot of fun.
