We loved our 3 night stay because of the hotel location, excellent condition of our room and facilities and additional amenities. The staff makes your stay even better because they’re knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Our large room with a balcony even had a partial view of the harbor. We did the breakfast plan and it was varied, delicious and plentiful in a lovely room with outdoor tables next to the pool. We arrived by train and did a short walk to the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice, answered any questions we had and accommodated any request we had. The location is excellent and the coffee and warm croissant for breakfast was perfect before hitting the road. We were driving through France and I love staying at hotels with an ocean view and not only did we have an ocean view, but this hotel was very easy to get to and leave Antibes from in the morning.

Unusual in this super-touristy area--the Cote d'Azur--Antibes is a real town, with proper shops, commercial activity and normal locals and normal local bars and restaurants (as well as tourist stuff and lots of foreigners, obviously), which just happens to be located in a fabulous setting. Small enough to walk everywhere, picturesque old town and sea views to die for round every corner. A wonderful daily food market. A total joy in February and March--and probably in September and October too. I would probably avoid it in June, July and August as it's almost bound to be too crowded.

Antibes is a delightful, beautiful city....not too large and not too small. The promenades in both directions are spectacular. The walk along the sentier littoral was spectacular...some climbing up and down rocky steps but very manageable. The old town was charming and the covered market was teeming with an abundance of produce, meats, fish, delicious baked goods and huge displays of colourful flowers. The weather was variable but the sun made several warm appearances. I would definitely recommend Antibes. It is easy to walk everywhere.

We were there for only one to celebrate my wifes birthday with friends, and had dinner at Chez Mo, which we go to every time we go to Antibes. It is very good, and if you like fish you will be delighted.Getting around the town is best on foot, all round the port ogling the amazing boats, walking along the sea front past the old town on the refurbished area and going through the new gardens that have taken shape recently,a real pleasure. The beaches around are good too, but not at this time of year lol. I laughed at the comment about activities "for young couples like you" as my wife was celebrating her 79th birthday and I will be 88 next month.

Antibes might be the best place to enjoy the French Riviera, with superb weather all year round. It is just a 20-minute drive from Nice Airport and perfectly located for visiting the highlights of the French Riviera. However, what makes Antibes truly unique is its charm and the fact that you can easily explore everything on foot if you choose to stay in Antibes.

We stayed in Antibes for 5 days and used it as the base to explore other cities. But Antibes is an interesting place by itself. Plenty of things to do in the winter time we visited with the mild weather, from the Christmas markets, carnivals to the restaurants and museums. Perfect size, walkable, convenient, beautiful, and layback. We visited the markets everyday to pick up fresh produce and have a quick bite. The Picasso museum is perfectly curated that we went back a second time.

We loved our stay here. Hotel was stylish and rooms well appointed. Service was excellent and staff friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the train station and beside the old town and marina. Short walk to excellent restaurants and shops. We loved returning to the hotel for a swim after a day of exploring. We hadn’t been to Antibes before and will stay there at this hotel on our next visit.
We booked the royal suite which was amazing, extremely spacious with a beautiful balcony and hot tub. Hotel is in a great location, just 10mins walk from the old town. The hotel car park is extremely convenient if you are driving. Staff were very friendly at check-in and flexible for a slightly later checkout.
Very cosy and friendly hotel. Nicely decorated room with a very comfy bed. The hotel is comfortably situated where the pedestrian streets of beautiful Old Town Antibes begin, and also within walking distance to Antibes train station for Nice Airport. We’d definitely stay again at La Place!
Perfect location and right in the centre of Old Antibes. The hotel room was a good size with a fridge and sensibly priced mini bar. Very friendly, helpful receptionist who made sure our stay went smoothly and without any problems.
