Perfect location when travelling from Calais to Spain, easy access from motorway. Very friendly helpful staff, perfect for our dogs, great to find an hotel that both our dogs were allowed to stay in the same room. We found Châtellerault to be a little gem.
We found Châtellerault to be a little gem. We've stayed in most of the larger towns is this region as overnights to south France/Spain and this has many of their charms but, being smaller, meant things like parking and finding somewhere to eat was easier. Very easy to walk around, enough places to eat so that there was no need to worry about finding somewhere but also have some choices, and the river walk is very pleasant - especially in the sun.Guest review byOliverUnited Kingdom - Review score

When I arrived on my motorcycle the manager asked if I wanted to park it in his private garage which I did.
