The room was very spacious, with very comfortable beds. The dinner at the Brasserie du Golf was very good, with an excellent pre-fix three course meal. The wine list included several grand cru classe wines from Margaux, from which we chose one to enjoy with our meal. Service was excellent.

Housed in a 19-th century building, this hotel is an 8-minute walk from Margaux Castle and 1 mi from Margaux Train Station.

The hotel is located a short walk from the world famous Chateau Margaux, although they are not affiliated. Be sure to set your GPS for the right place! The room is spacious and comfortable enough, although the furniture is a little worn out. There is free parking out front, and check in is easy, even after hours. Children are welcome.

Charming surroundings, perfect location, plenty of free parking. Our room could use an overall refresh, bathroom was not clean, dead spiders in the bathtub etc. Coffee and tea station downstairs was a great idea but none of the equipment worked correctly. Coffee machine leaked excessively, no tea kettle for the tea bags, no milk or cream offered etc.
