Location: fine bourgeois neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk to the center Parking: underground garage with access / lift to the hotel. However, not secure, street access to everyone. Receptionist: at our arrival she phoned endless, finally I had to ask her "if and when could we eventually get her attention"? 🤔 Room: disaster, in hotel description on booking.com stood for our room the size with 32sqm ! The Reality: never, ever that size, we informed the hotel about this 'difference' in size and the room rate. Subsequently and during the night, they changed it to 24sqm, however I still have doubts about this size,. Even worse, the heating in the room was not working, same with the laptop safe. I insisted to get an adequate room regarding our booking, finally it happened. And next morning we negotiated a reduce room rate. I should mention that this 'experience' happened during our Sunday/Monday stay. Over the years, I stayed several times in this hotel, now I will never return.
