Standard room was too small compared to the one level up. Had we known that it would have been helpful and we would gladly have paid extra for the nicer/bigger room. The lady at check in at first gave us the key for the bigger room and later exchanged it for a smaller room without explaining what happened. She should have explained what she was doing and not just quickly swapping the key with no explanation. That was not professional. She said she made a mistake but that is how we found out the other rooms were nicer.
