Everyone was so kind to us. We had a remarkable dinner with a very friendly waiter and the next day they let us sit on the lovely terrace—bringing us coffee and croissants long after they were finished providing breakfast. We sat for hours there in the sunshine after my 90-year old parents slept off their jet lag. The building itself is not beautiful but we had a truly beautiful experience.

Everything! Beautiful room, lovely host, excellent bathroom and bed linen. Lovely garden alongside the river. Breakfast was excellent as well. Must come again.
The place was wonderful. Staying there, is like staying with your Favorite Aunt. Monique is fantastic! Now, she does not speak English, but does understand enough. We of course speak poor French, but she is willing to help you through it with a smile. She is super sweet. Though we could not completely understood each, we had a great time.
The room was large, and one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. The room opened out to a beautiful garden. The breakfast was delightful and fresh. The location was perfect between Verdun, Bar-le-Duc, and Sainte Menehould. You had close access to many historical sites from Valmy to the battlefields of Verdun. Yet, you are located in a quiet and quaint village. The locals play Bocce Ball in the evenings in the square right out front. They are very warm and welcoming.
