For the price, you get what you paid for. It is a basic small room very clean, with daily cleaning. Decent breakfast. The service is excellent. Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to accommodate what you may need.

What they advertise is not what you get . All my request were not met . I am not sure is it was due to language barrier but has lots of issues communicating with them . I sent email re rooms /etc but no emails recd . When I get there I found out no a/c which I needed due to my kids chronic asthma . I requested fans to perhaps help with air quality but was told no fans either . He told me I’d not happy I had until 8 to cancel . I checked all the rooms out they smelled musky they were not all clean & lots of mosquitoes. We were not even there for 15 mins and we were all biting my kids started to get heat rashes along with mosquito bites. I contacted other hotels and located 1 that did have amenities needed and canceled before 8 pm .

No words can describe how charming and beautiful this house is. We could not believe the size and was so thankful to the owner who waited for us. Gave us such great information. Thank you for being so lovely and so kind.

The village was lovely and picturesque, we stayed for a family wedding and visited the surrounding villages which were all lovely. The locals were Friendly and the food was delicious.
The owner of the property was very helpful, we had a couple of requests such as a kettle and batteries for the remote, which she delivered promptly for us. The Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, although we did manage to use Netflix once or twice. The apartment was very cozy, close to the shops. There was some noise from above during the day but quiet at night.
All in all the apartment was cozy, well equipped and had a lovely feel about it, I would recommend it if you are travelling to Alsace, not too far from Strasbourg either.

Communication with the staff was good. The staff seemed friendly, but I can't imagine that they are themselves happy with the condition of this hotel. The pictures on their website do not meet the reality in any way.
As we were playing at the Europa Park for two days, we were just looking for a cheap accommodation that around the park. With around 40 minutes drive from the park at really cheap price, the hotel was good.
