Liked the fact that is very close to the city centre and you can reach the Old town in 10 mins walking. Also that was very clean. For the rest is quite basic and the staff was not very friendly in general

Although small, the property had everything you could need. Fantastic location and clean facilities. The breakfast was also one of the best we had in France. The staff went above and beyond. Had better service from the staff here than at a 5 star resort.

Very good location and a pleasant stay. Our room faced onto the street, but was quiet and slept very well. As previous guests have noted, the shower was not 'walk in', but hand held, over the bath. Not a problem for one night and rooms are available with a different style of shower - we were advised to specify this when booking. Did not have breakfast and there are many cafés close by offering a 'formule'. The interior and décor of the hotel is lovely - lots of paintings and a curved staircase. Friendly staff and will definitely return when next in Lille. Recommended.
