We loved the pool and the private garden area with outdoor seating and the BBQ. We stayed for two nights and wished we stayed for more. The owners are very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as can be, but they cannot speak much English, very limited. Regardless, we didn't need much communication as we already knew the area and where we had to go to see the lavender fields. I'd suggest you rent a car as it is nearly impossible to get around without it. I would definitely recommend a stay here as it is a beautiful little town. Remember mosquito spray, there are many!
Le Sens des Merveilles is a recently renovated apartment in Mane where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, garden, and terrace. This 4-star apartment offers bicycle parking.

The village is beautiful and quiet.
The hotel is well situated.
Breakfast is on the balcony with a great view.
We didn't get a room with a view, but our room was clean and peaceful.
Mane is fully equipped in spite of the fact it is very close...
Mane is fully equipped in spite of the fact it is very close to Forcalquier. The small town has a superb bio grocery store (central square), a butcher, a post office, etc. There is nearby the Salagon museum (former monastery). I didn't have a car, and I walked around for the ten days I was there. The more I walked, the more I discovered walk paths all around.

Sabrina is the super host; she accommodated our last-minute booking, helped us find a place for dinner, and was ready to help when we asked for it. The location is very close to the center of the town. There is a playground and a swimming pool. The back terrace is really nice, and you can see a beautiful view of the town. Mane is a really cute town; if you are in the area, I would really recommend staying here.
Everything was perfect for us and for our dog! Nathalie and Pierre were always very helpful and kind. We really liked the breakfast and loved eating outside with a magnificent view on the sunset. We will definitly go back to Le Sens des Merveilles. Mane and Forcalquier are both beautiful places to stay/to visit.
Lovely breakfast.... shame that you charge for eggs when most five star hotels include this as a part of the breakfast
Great swimming pool outside .... lovely views
Everything was fantastic
