The location was brilliant for us, just a very short walk up into the medieval town, and the accommodation was immaculate and very comfortable. The fire in the lounge was a very welcome for the chilly evenings, and the house was kitchen/ bathroom and was well equipped. The host was extremely helpful and met us on arrival to explain everything we needed to know. The outside terrace was a fabulous sun trap and had beautiful views down over the river. We would recommend eating at Papa Wills up in the old town, and there were various places for drinks in the afternoon and coffees in the morning throughout the medieval town. Thank you for a fabulous stay, and I wouldn't think twice about recommending this little gem!

House is very old and beautiful. It is nice, spacious and cool inside. The spot is lovely and very quiet. There's a brook nearby, ideal for the dog on a hot day!
