Seems like it was decorated in the 1980s and not updated since. Our room had a cracked mirror and window pane. Dinner was superb but breakfast very disappointing. The potato dauphinoise had obviously been microwaved and the omelet was rubbery. However the smell of the pain au chocolate wafting up to the room was divine to wake too!

Seems like a good hotel. The room was a good size and comfortable in a no nonsense way. Separate toilet and bathroom is unusual these days. Staff were very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff with excellent English. This was a biking holiday, had already communicated with the hotel about bike storage. When we arrived there was a lockup waiting for us, felt very safe. Good size room with excellent shower. Water in the room for us. Easy walk into town. Used the bar late in the evening. Very comfortable bed in a very quiet room. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted.

Instructions re gate entry provided before arrival. Rural, quiet location. Path through lovely garden to accommodation with private entrance. Spacious bedroom. Firm mattress. Several seating areas thoughtfully provided, inside, and outside. Kettle.
Excellent breakfast with home-made preserves, served in main house.
This was an especially enjoyable overnight stay, pity I didn't have longer to relax in this lovely place.

Everything! Our stay at Le Clos du Phare was fantastic. The apartment was clean and nice and with a separate bedroom. The pool and the surroundings were great, quiet and we felt very relaxed here. The food and drinks that Didier served was amazingly good and we got a nice breakfast that contained exactly what we wanted! Didier was very welcoming and made sure we had a wonderful stay. We can warmly recommend Le Clos du Phare and will be happy to return.
