I chose the hotel because of its location, the staff were helpful & went out their way to provide mich needed assistance. Even when I got their instructions wrong, they were patient & facilitated my requests.

We had an awful experience here - very disappointing! Firstly, the photos look NOTHING like the rooms in real life. These pictures are misleading (pretty sure the photos that are shown are about 10 years old), and I’ve uploaded pictures of the real place below. It was a very strange building, and I’m very upset to have been misled with the photos that were presented before we booked. On top of that, there was a leaking toilet, my partner and I woke up in the middle of the night with our skin itching, and when I looked at his arms/back, we found fresh insect bites (very likely bedbugs). It should be illegal for places to showcase inaccurate photos of the accommodation. I would like to hear back from this Flexistay or from booking.com about this. Completely unacceptable
