The host went above and beyond expectations and is super friendly.
Very comfortable facilities and the breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. We would not hesitate to book again if the need arose and if I could give a higher score than 10 then I would.

Breakfast provided was very good as it has good options for both veg and non veg food, very fresh and filling. I had very peaceful time, easy check in and check out !! The lady on the front desk was great, very helpful. Spare sofa bed wasn't made up, there were stains on it so she gave us extra bedding to cover it. We made do. Although we wanted to walk out but at late notice, I would have lost money and trying to get a Premier Inn late notice would have been hard. The whole place should be updated and painted at least to make it look modern and welcoming to guests. Open windows before guests arrive to take the musty smell out as well. Breakfast was just about ok but could do with a small canteen instead of having breakfast near the entrance. The house is in a pleasant and quiet rural location close to small and characterful villages but with ready access to the A1 and with the small town of Baldock 10 minutes drive away. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is excellent: beautifully presented and cooked and very substantial and served in a light and airy room.
