The tennis court, the location, sauna et hammam. The fact we can stay in the room up to noon.

Location was just where I needed for a funeral. Bed was ok as I appreciate a firm mattress.

Host met us at the car at a prearranged time, and walked us up to the property. Gave clear instructions and offered to help with luggage.

Nice friendly place but did nit stay long enough to explore more. As I love to explore what I did see, was nice. Just wish I had a longer stay. Buses were clean and friendly staff. Which you don’t get where I live

We didnt explore Bracknell that much but it seemed to have a busy shopping centre and plenty of underpasses to navigate away from thr main road. I liked the fact that the cycle lane was separate from the path for pedestrians
Plenty of places to get a coffee.

It was close to Legoland and easy to find
There were enough restaurants and other distractions to occupy the evenings if you so wish
However the hotel felt more like a gym /spa that had a few rooms attached to it rather than a proper hotel.
There was no phone in the room to contact reception..and the room itself lacked a central light in the main room. Also the WiFi went on the 2nd day and wasn't fixed until the 4th evening.

Great hotel stay for families. It has a good size car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well appointed and the onsite facilities are good, with a large restaurant with good value food and a great family restaurant/bar area suitable for families to relax after a day out.

We booked the hotel to get away from the mess of our new kitchen being installed so it was a break not a holiday. The dining room wasn't open on the Monday night so we had to use the Bier Kellar which wasn't to our taste so we went out to eat on the second night.
Unfortunatly, the internet wasn'good which was a problem as I was working (I couldn't send E-Mails with attachments).
We couldn't understand the reasoning behind the heating in the room having to use a small mobile electric radiator.
It was good to sit in the lobby by the fire.

It should be emphasised that this is a sports venue with rooms, not the usual hotel. It is probably very good at catering for that segment of the public, but not the older generation. I stayed here when it was a Hilton, this visit was a culture shock but that does not excuse the faults.

The hotel is a very pleasant building in great surroundings, with its own 'gardenpark', a bit far away from the city (Bracknell) centre, but with a car 10 minutes, with the bus 20 minutes. The hotel got a swimming pool, but again I haven't been able to use it, hopefully next time. The room is spacey, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. And, important, with windows that can be opened. Checking in is easy, fast and friendly, and Hiltonwise, with a warm cookie.
We didn't have breakfast as i had requested it to be included in the price when I found this hotel, on booking.com but due to some gremlins i may have been transferred over to you directly to book. Not being a meat eater it was not feasible to pay 15 pounds for the unknown. The grounds were well maintained and looked stunning but we never walked around it as we went into the town centre to explore.
We stayed for a family celebration and the whole stay was wonderful! The staff were friendly and efficient and accommodated our need for 2 ground floor rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and the facilities at the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed fabulous breakfasts and the family celebration went well. The hotel has lovely grounds and seating areas to enjoy.
