This is an unfortunate question for my wife and myself in that we very rarely eat what you might expect as breakfast. It has never been one of the meals we have indulged in.4

Ideal as a stopover location.
Ideal as a stopover location. Good access by train, and driving route to Lyndhurst or Lymington is straightforward. Enough places to eat/drink, but not many shops. We visited the church by the ford - wonder why it had no graveyard? Seemed a bit bizarre! Nice walks close by and of course, plenty of ponies.

it's idyllic but if walking through the woods, wear waterproof shoes. Wellingtons are good but you get a false sense of security and some puddles are deeper than you think.

A very picturesque place with wild ponies sharing the green spaces with us humans. The weather during our visit was not ideal and didn’t really afford us the opportunity to explore Brockenhurst as much as I wanted. I personally would love to return in the summer months to explore this area more.
