It was ok. Flat was very hot but with windows open very noisy with passing traffic. Even with windows closed it was noisy.
Situated within 10 acres of stunning private lawns and woodland, the 4 star Southcrest Manor Hotel, Best Western Signature Collection is conveniently located 4 minutes' drive from Redditch town centre...

Perfect location for a stop over for work, the room was small but adequate, nice to have a Juliet balcony however this could do with a clean. The dinner and breakfast were both very good. The leisure facilities could do with updating as they were very tired looking. The staff were friendly and helpful

WiFi good, location good for a stop over on a long journey.
WiFi good, location good for a stop over on a long journey. Near to M5. Rooms clean, price was reasonable. Breakfast was fantastic. Great choice. WiFi good and huge smart TV. Showers were good.
Prices of evening meal and drinks very expensive. Main meal was inedible as overcooked. Not a great choice if half board.

I visited Hanbury Hall and Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in the area - both very good. I only spent a short time in Bromsgrove High Street around 5pm but it looked like it had some good places for daytime refreshment or an evening meal.

Bromagrove holiday inn
Is expensive.
I paid less money at Bedford holiday inn for one night.comparing to it I paid £112.95 for one night
Expensive and facing problem in using my ph because of network issues.
Wi-Fi is not working.
Staff lovely, room nice breakfast good. Restaurant mediocre. Access to Accessible room was through a lit of doors and some difficult to negotiate which is hard for someone with disabilities. . This hotel is under refurbishment so access to patio gardens etc not available. Was not given this information at time of booking. Blood stained duvet.

The hotel is big and easy to find. Staff are nice and pleasant. The breakfast is quite good with various selection. Room is comfy but the reception told me the photo on booking.com is not correct. Not all premium room has sofa bed. They call the premium room with sofa bed family room, but booking.com doesn't have this option...very confusing.
Fantastic property. Lots of character. Staff very attentive. Good dinner menu, good quality tasty food. Good choice for breakfast.
Good internet connection. Travelled for work and used the desk in the room. However wouldn’t hesitate to come back for a romantic weekend.
This hotel is definitely on my list now. Will be staying again.
On arriving by train the location was ideal. The IBIS reception and other staff members we encountered were excellent 10/10. The local bus service into Bromsgrove being nearby and frequent was a real help (only 10 min drive into the town centre).
