The staff were superb. The vegan breakfast was just the best with great care taken that there was no cross-contamination. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very nice. Found the advice from staff about parking outside the hotel a bit confusing. The staff need to emphasise that parking was only for two hours. We got a parking ticket as we understood that we could park for free after putting the disc {which we assumed belonged to the hotel and not issued to everyone staying in Richmond} in the windscreen. More clarification for visitors please.

Evening meal portions were too big but excellently cooked and very good quality. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were brilliant.

We loved the personal touches like the welcome drinks, dressing gowns & choice of teas. The open fire was pre built and ready for use, and the slipper bath was perfection. Bed was comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared.
