Amazing staff!! The lady at the front desk helped us get into a restaurant that didn’t seem to be taking any more reservations. They were all so friendly and helpful - 5 stars all around. Location is great and we walked everywhere. The bathroom is very nice although it took us a bit to understand how to use the hot water system. Once we figured it out, it was good. The room size is very nice with a nice size closet and a good blow dryer. Breakfast is also delicious with a selection of eggs, bacon, etc made fresh!

Idyllic old seaside fishing/smugglers village, with many charming sites for those who seek out these features and an ideal centre for various coastal views and walks.
Take great care on using sat-nav directions better stick to map or main roads after leaving the Torpoint ferry.
Quaint village. Friendly atmosphere. Stunning views. Great pubs (food). Village store. Narrow streets with no parking but council car park close by. Not a great place if you are physically challenged.

Booked a place to stay as we were attending a wedding close by. What a hidden gem we found!!
Beautiful linking streets with well kept houses/gardens, amazing architecture. We enjoyed daily strolls in/around Kingsand and Cawsand and spotted something new everytime!!
Friendly locals met on our walks, visiting the Rising Sun pub and Shipshape gift shop (we found some quirky hand crafted gifts here and the owner was so lovely!!)
Highly recommend The Bay for delicious food and great service (twice!)
A night stroll lead us to crashing waves at the clock tower.... it was something magical!
Our time run out, and there's still so much to do and see.... we WILL return!!

Cawsand is a beautiful place to escape to, full of character. Nice beach and situated on the coast path. If you're feeling active, you can swim, walk, kayak etc. If you want to chill, you can can enjoy the pubs and cafes or just sit on the beach with an ice cream looking at the beautiful views. Even when it's busier, Cawsand never feels spoilt.

It is a beautiful quiet place so wonderfully unspoilt with very few shops or entertainment. Great walks nearby, very small quiet beach. Not a good place for cars, but good car parks but they get full in the summer very quickly

It was a welcome change to visit somewhere that was true to itself rather than over commercialised. Perfect place to turn the TV and phone off and listen to the waves, wander around and talk to others,

Lovely spacious and modern room! Very clean and good bathroom.
Easy distance to the coastal footpath for walks. We were there for a wedding at Polhawn Fort and this was a great distance for that!
The owners were lovely and they had a cute little dog wandering around!
Very spacious grounds at the front of the property if you want to relax.
Very good wifi!
It’s about 20min walk into Cawsand along the country lane or less than 5 minute drive with cheap car parks in town.
Excellent location, so peaceful with wildlife on the doorstep and lovely coastal walks nearby. wonderful for dog owners as you have use of large field for walks and play. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to local areas Millbrook, Cawsand and Kingsand all within walking distance. Beautiful fishing villages with dog friendly pubs/restaurants with amazing views.
An immaculate holiday flat, beautifully presented by the friendly and attentive host. Well equipped kitchen/lounge/diner, double bedroom and bathroom, all quite generously proportioned. A lovely location just 200 metres out of the village and a view of the village of Cawsand and the sea to the east and up a beautiful wooded valley to the west.
Breakfast, room and hospitality were first class. The area around Cawsand was beautiful and Jen recommended a walk through Mt edgcumbe country park which was a delight.
