It’s very homely and having the key made it feel independent but also safe. Bed is very comfy, shower/bathroom was very nice too. Having the owners check in too via email to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything was really nice.

Me and my partner we're moved from 21 Bursar Street to the Gladson Guesthouse 2 days prior. Very much love the location as its a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach front and 2 minutes to the local shops and bars. Despite this house being on a roundabout, we had no problems with outside noise or traffic. The place is not staffed and checking in and out of the property was easy. The bed was very comfortable, had plenty of towels on arrival and mattress and pillows were clean. The room was clean and equipped with plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs & glasses - some looked like had been left by previous guests. There is a small pot with tea, coffee and sugar and a kettle to the side. Sufficient storage, little fridge freezer and a microwave. The wi-fi was fast. Very ideal for couples stay or a solo stay but wouldn't recommend for families.

Very close to all Cleethorpe has to offer. Nice clean place.Lady that looks after th flat very nice and helpfull..free parking if there is a place free down street.
Plenty of restaurants and shops. Goods bus service at a reasonable price. Quite a lot of car parking spaces even if they are all pay now. Everywhere easy to reach. Good parks and walks on the flat. We found the country park a nice place to visit. Steam engine in park that was worth a ride. There is a nice cinema almost next to where we stayed.

Cleethorpes is currently undergoing a bit of a ressurgance at the moment, it has over £18 million pounds of investment being pumped into it to help to transform its appearance and bring more visitors to its shores, it really is a great place to visit..

The seafront was really clean and there were lots of places...
The seafront was really clean and there were lots of places to eat and drink. The only bad thing was the lack of decent shopping. There wasn't any big retail stores even at the shopping centre there was only a factory shop. The locals were very friendly and said they had to go to Grimsby if they wanted clothes

Clean, modern rooms. Very comfortable. Good housekeeping. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and first class service. Rooms are only a 30 sec walk from the main hotel, so very convenient. Managed to find a space in the hotel car park every day. Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly the breakfast waitress, who deserves extra praise. Rooms/hotel are situated 1min walk from the seafront promenade. Next time we are in the area the Dolphin Rooms/Dovedale Hotel will be our first choice.
Beautiful ground floor apartment, immaculate, lovely decor, and very homely with a lovely little garden. Great location, not far from Cleethorpes town centre & the seafront - few minutes on foot. We stayed for four nights and had a great stay. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as beautiful bedrooms with TV's. Also met owners when checking in and checking out - which was lovely as everything was explained to us once we arrived and we could text to confirm our arrival time.
This is a budget hotel, cheap and very cheerful. I've read other reviews saying its dated and needs a refurbishment, but it's fine. Comfortable, very clean and relaxing. I had no issues.
Ideal for a budget stay. Don't expect a 4 star hotel, but do expect a friendly welcome.
Oh and the food in the pub is great too
