Very good clean room and great location near to the train station
Only issue was i found out another resident paid 50% less per night than me which was a very large difference
But overall the hotel was very good

Have stayed at this hotel before and all 3 male staff 2 x reception and 1 bar were very good. The facilities are excellent and although the location isn't in the middle of anywhere really popular, it is only a short walk to pubs, services and groceries. The area is nice and quiet and feels secure and the hotel is ideal for us. This is the second stay and one of the staff in particular is always extremely helpful, his name is Eddie and he helped me out with my son's milk allergy on both occasions. Always helpful and a top guy, makes the stay even better. Great clean rooms, very spacious and airy hotel and comfy beds. We also had some food and drinks whilst watching sport on the big tv which was very good as well. Breakfast is also very good and worth the extra for the buffet style and good food. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

Th location and main building were great, the food was decent if not amazing. It was a great standard hotel that was a good bolt hole for me whilst I visited people in the area

The breakfast was basic. The location is excellent and accessible, close to public transport. It is close to supermarkets, within walking distance, and a lot of eateries around.

An absolutely stunning house, beautifully decorated top to bottom, nice and warm, beds are very comfy, ample storage for clothes if staying a while. Great location to get into Nantwich, brilliant shopping park close by. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were down on a flying visit to collect some antiques from an auction so didn't see much of Crewe but would love to come back, especially if it meant another stay at the Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa

Excellent hotel, very close to the railway station, friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable room, very warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Very good value for money and a safe place to stay.

I liked everything.
I liked everything. Obviously for the price I paid, I got lots of value. I just used the hotel to sleep and the room was perfect. The free parking was an amazing bonus and included breakfast. Although not the best I have seen, it had enough to make me happy.

That was a great long weekend, Friday to Monday, would almost have stayed longer, and will be back next year. We booked in for an event that had been moved to this new location, plan to keep the same location for next time, such a friendly place.

A town which has seen better days.
A town which has seen better days. Still excellent rail links, nice station. Town itself too run down like a lot of northern towns and cities. Needs investments and quality shops to to give it visitor appeal. I personally didn't feel particularly safe walking around. I couldn't find a restaurant or public house to meet my simple requirements.

Had bacon bap in the Claret Jug bar with coffee before playing our round of golf. I was able to get mine in foil so I could take it with me. Nothing too much trouble (thanks Steph!) Got drinks after 9 holes in plastic glasses so we could take them on the buggy with us - fab! Breakfast following morning was plentiful with lots of choice. Great coffee machine. We had our evening meal at The Broughton restaurant nearby which was fantastic.
Hotel is situated minutes off the M6 so easy to get to.

We stayed at Crewe Hall to celebrate our daughters 9th birthday and we all had a fantastic weekend. The leisure facilities are brilliant for the whole family. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we all slept very well. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were really friendly throughout and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning and we are recommending to everyone. This is the perfect hotel to stay at when visiting the Crewe Lyceum Theatre but really any excuse is a good excuse. Highly recommended.
As always, it was great staying at Crewe Arms. I have stayed here a number of times because of work. It was always a very pleasant and welcoming place to return to at the end of the day and the staff and breakfast are fantastic. Thank you! I will not need to stay in the area any more as I am now retired but I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around here.
Room was extremely good bed was very comfortable staff polite and friendly the room was nice and clean would recommend the Waverley hotel to all my friends and family to stay there the staff make you feel welcome
