I did not like anything about this accommodation. I was very disappointed and regretted booking this. The couple that opened the door and finally checked me in and gave me my keys were helpful even though they couldn't understand English or speak the language.

The staff were really friendly and when we had a problem with the key cards on the second day it was fixed within minutes! There was plenty of toiletries in the en suite bathroom and the bathroom + bedroom were huge! I found my bed was really comfortable, the mattress was kind of firm but I liked it, my sister thought it was too hard. This hotel was a great price for being so close to Wembley Stadium and there were multiple busses and train lines close by.
