My room was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well, and I was able to have Wi-fi instantly. My room attendant was accommodating, checking to see that the beds were to my liking and that I had sufficient amenities. I have stayed at this hotel many times, as the location is excellent. East Croydon station is handy, and the bus service is always available.

Neighboring Greenwich Train/DLR Station, the 4-star Novotel London Greenwich is just 10 minutes' drive from the O2 Arena.
