Wonderful room, air conditioned and clean. Big comfortable bed and a great shower/bath too. Restaurant served great food at reasonable prices. All in all a great stay.

Clean, quiet and budget, came with an ok breakfast, location is good with nearby supermarket, bus and underground but we used a car. The espresso machine in the breakfast area made some fantastic coffee.

Friendliness of staff and location to canning town tube station
Somewhat biased as I spent four decades living in Eltham.
Somewhat biased as I spent four decades living in Eltham. It is a vibrant area and has many positives: churches; library; schools; famous park (Well Hall Pleasaunce); GPs; new(ish) cinema; gyms; Eltham Palace with regular events; Bob Hope Theatre.
If you read or follow the news you know about the one negative. This was some time ago now but its resonance is still felt.
Travel to and from Eltham is pretty good, with regular bus services, especially the 132 to the o2 in under 15 minutes.
