Getting to reception from Heathrow pod was confusing. They have a painted line but at a certain place the arrows are going in different directions.

A 4-minute drive from Brentford Train Station, Novotel London Brentford is less than 8 miles east of Heathrow Airport.

Lovely hotel. Hotel rooms were large (for london) and the beds were very comfortable. Brentford is a cute little area to explore but not convenient if you plan on traveling into central London a lot.

    Only a few of miles from Heathrow airport, therefore relatively cheap to get to your terminal by taxi/uber and even cheaper on the bus. The 490 bus goes from Feltham High Street to Terminals 4 & 5. Plenty of places to eat and drink on the high street. Only 35 minutes'ish from Feltham Station to Waterloo Station on the train.

    You get what you pay for!

    You get what you pay for! its super close to airport, but really dodgy basic. Its a small house with 6-8 rooms or so. Shared WC. Cheap and cheerful if you need a quick place to crash for your next days flight while all other hotels are full at 500 Pounds a night maybe??

    The lockdoor of my room didn't work properly, check in instructions not very clear and complicated , any- in person assistance available , two other guests came on the bulding later after I've checked in and they had challenges to check in too

    Location is good to my work place but the bed was very uncomfortable and my 4 nights there gave me a bad backache. I could not contact anyone to ask for any assistance even though I tried to text the person who contacted me in the first place.

    Very nice and excellent atmosphere.

    Very nice and excellent atmosphere. I would recommend any one to come and stay at this place and get the friendly atmosphere of the working staff though I would suggest to make it bed and breakfast which would benefit more . But still overall it was fantastic and I wouldn’t mind coming again in near future. Thanks to pleasant staff .

    failed to inform me of the cancellation of the accommodation after traveling 4 hours and arriving late evening I had paid in full and on arrival I was told the accommodation had been canceled saying the room works had not finished I then had alternative accommodation to find At a cost for a late booking . It took weeks for a refund and I was not offered a single complimentary offer . Will not use again
