United KingdomThe entire experience was fantastic. From Margaret’s incredible hospitality to the amazing room there is nothing I could fault about my stay here. If anything I would say that the pictures don’t even do it justice because it doesn’t reflect the huge amount of small details in the room that really take the experience from excellent to exceptional.
I would also be remiss to not mention the unbelievable views out onto the bay.
Would absolutely recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at this hotel primarily to make some trips into the lake district, which was as beautiful as ever, but unfortunately has become very overcrowded with visitors. Its a beautiful peaceful little town on the sea.
Its a beautiful peaceful little town on the sea. It has a lovely long promenade and pretty gardens to sit in. The town has plenty of independent shops and places to eat and drink. we visit here apx 3 times a year. The promenade, with views over Morecombe bay, is wonderful. There are some good cafes, e.g. Thyme Out (also good for evening meals), but very few evening options. Grange over Sands is a lovely place to stay. It is a great base to visit other places in The Lakes, the train station was close to our hotel so very handy. The apartment is right near shops and take aways. It's a quiet little town on the night. Apartment is lovely. Beds are a little hard but this is personal preference.
