We had a clean, comfortable room. The location is excellent, perfect for getting into the centre of London and although very near a busy railway line, it was remarkably quiet.
The offer on food is n the pub was really welcome too.

I thought the facilities were great. This is our second time staying here but I would say that the room downstairs in the newly refurbished areas were small and tight. I preferred when we stayed upstairs.
Not sure I would go back and stay but would visit the pub.

We had an awful experience here - very disappointing! Firstly, the photos look NOTHING like the rooms in real life. These pictures are misleading (pretty sure the photos that are shown are about 10 years old), and I’ve uploaded pictures of the real place below. It was a very strange building, and I’m very upset to have been misled with the photos that were presented before we booked. On top of that, there was a leaking toilet, my partner and I woke up in the middle of the night with our skin itching, and when I looked at his arms/back, we found fresh insect bites (very likely bedbugs). It should be illegal for places to showcase inaccurate photos of the accommodation. I would like to hear back from this Flexistay or from booking.com about this. Completely unacceptable
Upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed by the owner.
Upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed by the owner. The atmosphere in the facility was very good and the lamps on the floor are sensational. Despite such a short stay, my two daughters liked the owner very much, who was very nice and did not want to leave the place, she would definitely recommend this place because you really feel like home.
