The room was decent, spacious.
The room was decent, spacious. It is a part of the family house, although we never saw any other people. Bathroom is down the hall, and not an integral part of the room. In the room there was a fridge, kettle and microwave, as well as dining table, iron and electric heater. Bed is spacious and comfy. The most annoying thing was that there's no sink in the room, so you have to go down the hall to pour the water and wash the dishes. Public transportation is nearby (bus to the underground station is right across the street, and if you don't mind some walking, Hayes & Harlington underground station is about 15 minutes walk to the west. Also, LIdl and Tesco are about 10 minutes walk to the east.Guest review byBockoSerbia - Review score

The hotel was so nice , friendly & helpful staff, very clean with nice restaurant only thing is far from central of London about one hour, you have to catch bus to go to Hayes metro station otherwise take Uber which cost around 30£ one way, I do recommend whoever visits LondonGuest review byseifOman - Review score

This shouldn’t be considered a hotel ! Extremely poor amenities and very dirty. When I arrived even my bin wasn’t changed. The shower was awful so old and toilet full of mold. Booked with booking.com and I am extremely disappointed how are they promoting this fake hotel that’s nothing like the pictures. Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.Guest review byArsenis
