Staff really friendly, and helpful, venue outside of the rooms were quite nice.

The hotel is clean and well presented. Check in staff friendly We did have a couple of issues but as we were there just one night and the location is excellent for the City hall. We arrived after 6pm and left approx 7.45 am. So not there that long
