其实离机场并不远，但一个人在陌生的机场，深更半夜拖着行李找酒店的体验并不好。尽管酒店早已发了地图，但还是看得一头雾水。建议酒店拍一个实景video上传Youtube，把链接发给客人，让客人可以更方便找到酒店。 入住后的体验很好，非常像北美的酒店，房间很大，两张Queen Size的大床，足够一家四口入住。早餐超出预期，有非常多的选择。Shuttle Bus 收4.5英镑到南塔或北塔候机楼，但经过晚上的历险后找到回南塔的路并不难，从南塔到北塔有很清楚的指示牌，可以搭乘免费地铁，所以并不需要付费乘坐Shuttle Bus。 只要有了第一次的经验，以后再隔夜转机仍然会选择这间酒店的。
