It was lovely to be in a small and friendly hotel. The room was excellent and the staff smiley, helpful and genuinely wanting us to have everything we needed. The room was comfy and quiet, even though next to the road. We only stayed one night, on comour way to the ferry but managed a beautiful walk through Menai Bridge.
Carreg Bran is a family-run country hotel nestled in 3 acres of gardens located just 1 minute from the A55 and close to the Menai Straits.

The property was basic, and everything was clean & Tidy. As stated the property does not have disability access or if you have issues with stairs there is no alternative.
The restaurant was ok nothing outstanding Slightly overpriced for some dishes the same for breakfast.
Staff were polite and friendly. However there is no 24 Hour Reception. My concern is if the electronic Key does not work how do you get into your room?
Overall a basic hotel that needs some TLC. It ok to put your head down after visiting the local attractions.

Everything here was lovely, we were exhausted arriving after a many-hours delayed international flight and diverted trains with a young child, and the hostess greeted us with a warm welcome, made sure we got a dinner order in before the restaurant closed, and showed us to our room. Good food, clean place, nice staff. Overall very good experience.
Located in Beaumaris on Anglesey Island, just by Beaumaris Castle, Castle Court is a guest house with bar, terrace facing the castle and shared lounge with TV.
Lovely big house, plenty of parking space. Facilities were as good as being at home. Jean was lovely and accommodating. We would honestly like to live in the house. I’d say bring a head torch if you want to walk dogs after dark and hi-vis for furry friends as there are no street lights (which made for amazing star viewing).
We only wish we could have stayed longer and are hoping to rebook for the summer time.

Great location, fantastic views, will be going back as soon as possible, I like to pick faults but in this case nothing to fault. If you like beaches and great sea views then this is the place for you.
