The hotel was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The room was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Indian restaurant was excellent. The shop next door had good breakfast items.

The location was noises due to traffic noise. The room smelt a bit musty and decor was dated. However staff were excellent and both evening meal and breakfast also excellent.

This was the most comfortable accommodation I have stayed in the UK. Huge bedroom sitting room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and Victoria could not do enough to help us.

The room was amazing, however, there wasn't a lift, and as I have a very bad back, the receptionist took my bag to the room, but when I left, I struggled with the stairs. My room was the suite and was very comfortable, light, airy but the stairs leading to it are very, very steep and tiny steps
