Easy to find. Friendly, helpful staff. Off-road parking and allowed to leave my car there the following day for a very reasonable charge. Room was small but well equipped, clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree London Chelsea, perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station and ideal for visiting Stamford Bridge stadium. The highlight was the exceptional service from Ksenia, who kindly arranged a free room upgrade and early check-in, making our trip even more enjoyable. I had a great time with my son at the football game, and we also appreciated the tasty continental breakfast with a wide variety of options.

    there is no proper rood. it’s a store room size 2mx 2.5m. I can send you room pictures if you want. host didn’t open door until 12am. no bed in the room. no cattle. dirty room. host was given my room to his friend. he told me if you need refund contact to booking.com office. he also told me. this is not holiday inn hotel. so I requested to you kindly refund my money back. otherwise I will contact legal forums against this attitude. regards Muhammad shoaib

    I had to arrive to The Mitcham House past the allowed check out time and they accommodated this which I am grateful for. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were all very clean with even extra towels provided. Overall I would heavily recommend this place to anyone who is travelling to London either by themselves or as a couple.

    was really clean and comfortable. all of staff were so friendly and polite. for 3 people there were 3 beds not just sofa bed which is really uncomfortable. there was restaurant under rooms , food was really good and price wasn’t expensive. I definitely recommend this hotel.
