John was very welcoming and friendly, as were the other staff. The room and ensuite were very clean.
I loved the decor and furnishings and the bed was comfortable. All in all a great stay. I would love to go back.

A quiet location with ample parking on a corner of the waterfront next to the historic Royal Navy Dockyard. Only 3 quiet comfortable newly refurbished rooms above a restaurant. The shared kitchenette (microwave & refrigerator) was a nice bonus. Genial and attentive hosts.

Hannah was responsive and everything was as advertised. We definitely would stay there again.
Enjoyed our visit to and 2 night stay in Pembroke Dock.
Enjoyed our visit to and 2 night stay in Pembroke Dock. Some areas aren’t the greatest but it’s a handy base for exploring the beautiful wider area or using the ferry.
We stayed at the Shipwright pub which was comfy and good value for money, right on the harbour. The “pub” downstairs is primarily a restaurant and is a bit of a gem as the food was lovely, albeit the pub a bit dated with original ship-y decor and wooden benches. Very quiet when we visited in November as we were the only eaters and that’s a real shame as locals don’t use it more, but apparently Sunday Lunch is very popular.
If you want shopping then every major supermarket is there as well as some larger “out of town “ retail parks that have stores like Homebargains, garden centres and an ok high street. There’s quite a few places to eat (restaurants) as well as fast food places.
Overall it’s fine place to base yourself when visiting but isn’t as pretty as elsewhere but that’s reflected in the price point per night. So don’t dismiss it and go elsewhere!

The management take good care of their guests, nothing is too difficult for them. There are good places nearby to get breakfast. A beautiful town, I was there when it was sunny so that was a bonus. I came in on the ferry and the house is just a few minutes away.
I had a peaceful.sleep in very comfortable surroundings.

We were actually down because of a sick relative, but as could only visit for short time spent time around the town, some beautiful views, obviously at the seaside, easy to find way around with, we really just ate in the hotel as their food was excellent and very reasonable but from being in town there were plenty places to choose from to eat

Pembroke Dock is a friendly, beautiful Welsh port with many choices for restaurants and accommodation. Had a lovely huge breakfast at the Dolphin. Everything was within a 17 minute walk of the train station. The people were fabulous!

Pleasant town with an interesting history.
Pleasant town with an interesting history. The local people were friendly and helpful. There was a good corner shop very close by with larger supermarkets a short drive away. The local museum (a short walk away) was interesting with some good displays and the town is close by other attractions such as Pembroke Castle, Carew Castle etc and within reasonable driving of St Davids.

The Ferry House is exactly what pictures are showing: extremely clean, modern deco and at the same time very cosy and homely. I definitely recommend the place if someone is looking for a great place to stay in the Pembroke Dock or close by this area.
The owners are very easy to reach out and what is most important very friendly as I was a pleasure to speak with Vicki, who us one of the owner’s.
I would definitely would like to come back for a longer period and explore more of the beautiful landscape of that part of Wales.
We stayed in room 11 which is one of the deluxe rooms and it really was beautiful. So well thought out and a dream to stay in. We arrived late due to traffic issues but this was not a problem. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Not having a breakfast did not bother us as there's places nearby. Should be a 5***** hotel as we left feeling really good. Thank you so much to Lakeland.
Lovely small hotel in a quiet peaceful area. Staff were lovely and friendly.
The rooms are a good size and the hotel was quiet overnight unlike many!
Bed was comfy too. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
They catered well for my husband who is coeliac, finding GF bread for him.
The hotel room was very clean and lovely decor and the food in restaurant/bar was excellent value for money and tasty. There was a wonderful atmosphere in the hotel overall, staff and clients all very friendly.
Location is ideal for walking this section of the Wales Coast Path
Apartment is well presented and comfortable.
Highlight is the private covered hot tub
