With a picturesque setting on the banks of the River Dee, this charming Scottish mansion dates back to 1225 AD, and was once home to the Knights Templar.

Maryculter House is beautiful - the building is amazing, food delicious and riverside location incredible. The only downside is that it isn't as dog-friendly as other hotels in Aberdeenshire. Dogs aren't allowed in any of the dining rooms and only in their own bedroom. We found it a bit limiting.

A 10-minute drive from Aberdeen city center and Aberdeen International Airport, this modern and stylish hotel offers the best and latest in Holiday Inn standards and facilities.

Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection of delicious food. The bed is very good. I slept well despite jet lag. There are pillows to choose from, hard or (soft) decision. Clean room. There is an iron and a hair dryer. The soap and shampoo smell very good. Near westhill shopping centre. 24 Hr check-in and check-out front desk. The staff are lovely and good service. The staff called a taxi for me when I was going to the airport. Thank you very much. Overall, very impressed.

Beautiful place. Enjoyed the wedding taking place...lots of men in kilts! Enjoyed our drink in the lounge however the price £12.50 for a cocktail was a surprise for a Canadian!

We had a very warm welcome from Alison.

We had a very warm welcome from Alison. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed linen and towels beautifully clean. We had twin beds which were very comfortable. The tea and coffee tray was really good and we had a bottle of water in our room. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was superb. We also had the honour of meeting lovely Stanley the dog. Thank you for a super stay and we would definitely recommend.
